A widower whose bride of 10 days was killed in a buggy accident on the couple’s tropical Queensland honeymoon has been charged over her loss of life.

The 30-year-old NSW man was driving a registered golf buggy together with his spouse on board on Hamilton Island in June after they crashed.

The buggy tipped, leaving his 29-year-old spouse with deadly accidents.

She died on the scene.

Her husband has now been charged with driving with out due care and a focus inflicting loss of life, failing to put on a seatbelt and utilizing a cell phone.

He’s anticipated to face Proserpine magistrates court docket on 5 December.
